Pros and Cons - Chicent Cons 1. None. Pros 1. First and foremost, there was a bottle of water in the vehicle. It was very practical to quench my thirst. 2. Timely, impecable and clear communication. 3. Car has an impeccable response and drives great. 4. It’s well maintained, clean and smells good. 5. Renting this car was a great bargain. It was worth it and I would rent it again. 6. Chicent is the epitome of a great host.

All perfect, we had problems with the regular car rental companies, due to price and credit card requirements, booked through Turo Youseff was great quickly responded and delivered the car within an hour to the airport.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The pickup and return process was incredibly smooth and hassle free. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly throughout the trip. The host was very communicative, responsive, and helpful, making the entire rental process easy and stress free. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless Turo experience.

The car drives just fine, but I have three minor gripes to list. I don't find them enough to knock any stars off though. 1. The windshield is tinted more than the front windows for some reason. This made it slightly difficult to see at night. I thought the headlights were really dim at first, but then noticed the tint during daylight. 2. There is no toll pass. Any rental car should have a toll pass by default and, IMO, if you list a car without one you need to be very explicit about it. I would never knowingly rent a car without one. Now I will be sure to filter for cars with toll passes moving forward. 3. There are some personal customization peices on this car that I personally don't think should be on a rental car. In hindsight, one of these is mostly visible in the pics and I did not notice. First is the thin blue line USA shape on the trunk. Next is the Trust In God stickers on all the mirrors. I feel embarassed like I would need to explain to anyone I meet that those are not MY stickers.

We love this car and how efficient it is. This is our second time renting from this provider and we really like how clean and comfortable they keep their cars. Drop off can be a bit confusing because there is not usually street parking available so definitely communicate with them before you drop off! Even with this we had no problems and would rent from them again!
