Car drives well, clean and well kept. Charging it was easy, find a tesla station and plug in, EZ pass was also provided for the many toll across the states. The pick up was great, curbside drop-off. The host was awesome,. Communicative, flexible and accommodating. Would definitely rent again

Had a great experience renting from Yusuff! I absolutely loved the car, and having FSD made everything so much easier — especially being in a new state for work. I never had to worry about getting lost, and it made the whole trip that much more enjoyable. Yusuff was trustworthy, accommodating, and very easy to work with. car drove great was in beautiful shape we even got compliments about the custom aspect of it! this one does not have the portable 110 V converter so be mindful if you are going to try to charge at a house that usually does not charge Teslas.

The car was spotless, clean, and extremely comfortable, and he took the time to explain everything to me so I felt confident before driving off. The initial car I selected had a minor issue, but the host responded quickly and was extremely diligent in making sure I was taken care of right away. They went above and beyond by upgrading me from a Hyundai to a Tesla at no additional charge — YAYY!! 🎉 To make things even better, when Turo initially tried to charge me the regular Tesla rate, the host handled everything directly with Turo so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Excellent communication, top-tier customer service, clean car , and genuine care for their renters. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be back to rent the Tesla again. Highly recommend!

Where do I start? Best renting experience from pickup, during 8-day trip and drop off. Met us at the arrival terminal for car handover and explanation. Model Y is just so awesome especially the self driving feature. My 13yr loved exploring its features especially the fart mode and light show. Next car i buy will be a Tesla and until then I’ll continue to rent thru this company. Thanks for the great service and see you next time!
