Great car, easy to drive and maneuver. The pickup and drop-off process was simple and convenient. Abel confirmed my trip the night before, which I really appreciated since my previous reservation had been canceled at the last minute. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would definitely rent from Abel again.

The host greeted me, and my friends and I trust them to take care of things. My SUV had an issue, so they swapped my car right away. He apologized, but I told him not to worry since I understood and it was cool. No big deal. I ended up with a Kia Soul Plus, which was awesome and fit perfectly. It had some small dirty spots, but I'll take care of cleaning it super well and making it spotless. Plus, I'll give the tires and wheels a fresh spray and shine. He said, "Wow, you're the best ever!"

Car was in great shape. It handled beautifully and was very comfortable. It was an older car with key entry and start up but it had a backup camera and Android and iPhone connection to the computer. Also there was a convenient phone holder on the dash. Pick-up and drop off was mostly easy directly at the Newark airport Passe nger Pick-up. I would rent again.
