This experience was a first bad experience for me. I came in at 1am which the host knew I was coming at that time, why would you give me a car with no gas? The car was in a bad community so I was puzzled as to why the host would not make sure everything is good. I saw the car at the airport but when I land I got a message saying that the pickup location was in Irvington. The host say he wasn’t able to meet me. However when I got there someone popped up asking if I was ok. That was weird! Returning the car was another story, I was unable to find a spot and I told the host and he kept giving different instructions however I found a spot. Instead of being helpful he made the experience unpleasant. I had an uber waiting on me while I park. When I walked off I saw someone come to the car so in my head I was like wow you put me through all that headache when the person could have just come and park it where you know you can find a good spot. I texted him about the gas and my experience but he didn’t say anything about why I didn’t have any gas. Overall it wasn’t a good experience and I was visiting so this was very inconsiderate.
