The car was fantastic. The service from the owner was fantastic, his communication is excellent and instructions are easy to understand and follow and when I screwed up anyway and forgot to fill up, I did not get hammered for the extra service, price was actual cost of gas plus $10. Hate to admit but that was not my first time and one of the big rental companies hit me for $80 for 4 gallons of gas. Big fan of Turo and their car owners. Great experience.
The shuttle from Newerk is a black sprinter van labeled ARB. When you pick up your key there is very little communication from the parking attendant, I knew this from reviews, what I didn't know is they bring the car near the trailer office, so check the first rows first. I ran the entire lot before locating the vehicle. The return to the lot is also with little to know communication. We double checked to find the shuttle we 10-15 minutes away so we ordered a lyft. The vehicle itself was an older model Ford Escape which seemed maintained and worked perfectly for our trip. The AC was ive cold which was great for us. Thank you!

The location at Penn Station was easy to access. Though the remote start led to some power issues, the host was very supportive and friendly. The car was in good conditions and the convertible was great.

The car is in very good condition, with a few thoughtful perks like a cradle/holder for your phone with a charging cord so you can use your GPS and keep it charged, and had Easy Pass for tolls. Serge was responsive and clear in his communications. I would definitely rent from him again if the need arises!
