Look no further, you will not find a better vehicle nor host, as Ziggy. He is a true representation of customer service.
When I asked if he could possibly drop off and pick up the vehicle at my residence, the answer was “yes”!
Also, between the reservation day and the beginning of my trip, no matter how many questions I had, all were answered expeditiously, in other words great communication.
Speaking of the vehicle (A 2026 dual motor, premium model Y, with FULL SELF DRIVING.
Upon delivery, she was spotless inside and out, and I as I was looking her over, Ziggy was using microfiber towels and detailing spray to make sure it was perfect, at the same time Joey, a member of Ziggy’s team, patiently spent as much time necessary for me to learn all of the many intricacies of operating a Tesla, which I was unfamiliar with prior to this experience. He even set up a profile for me so
every time I got in the car, everything was set the way I like it, and all I had to do is put my seatbelt on, select drive, and off I went.
I’ll say it one more time, overall a fantastic experience!
