Great second time renting! Easy pick up and drop off, car ran great, excellent gas mileage, no issues. I always appreciate how clean the car is as well, and the phone holder is excellent and appreciated. My go-to rental now!

The car was great. Unfortunately, there’s no shuttle to the hotel to pick up the car. I had to pay for parking and an Uber just to get the car at the airport Hilton Hotel. It cost me $13 for parking and $25 for the Uber.

The drop-off/pick-up location is in an easy-to-access area and there is a hotel shuttle running every 20 minutes, which was clearly and transparently explained at the time of booking to better assist our guests. Please note that the hotel parking fee is fully reimbursable, and we requested the necessary information to process the refund. Our policy is always to provide excellence in service and guest experience.
