Pick up was easy, drop off easy
Car got a flat tire and did not have the jack or lug wrench to change the tire. Double check all equipment is present with Car before you take it. I was stranded on side of road at night in cold. had to spend an entire day getting two new tires on the front at my own expense.

Julian was super communicative and timely, staying in touch and accommodating when he and I was stuck in traffic. Car was great and came with CarPlay cables. Overall, a seamless experience!
