First trip with Turo, the pickup was easy after a short shuttle ride to the lot. The car had a few scuffs but works fine. At high speeds it tends to rattle a little as previous reviews have stated it must have an alignment issue or something. Has a bit of a smoke smell. Otherwise it was great and easy experience and I’d rent again.
I was very pleased with the rental the car smelled and looked new, very clean. Victor was great as well he maintained communication and was very pleasant in-person. There was a discrepancy with the bill and Victor immediately resolved it. I would definitely rent from him again.
