Great price for a great car. Owner gave good directions to how to get to the vehicle and even made it to where we didn't have to pay for any parking fees. Car ran smooth and we had no issues during our trip. Will be using them again in the future!

This was far a way the worst experience I have had with a Turo rental. I am a repeat customer with this host. First rental experience flawless, pleasant, vehicle was in good condition. Which made this experience more bazaar. The car had a big gapping hole in the front where the lights are. I didn’t notice it at pickup point (my flight/arrival time was delayed by 2hrs, so picked up vehicle close to midnight), but what I did notice right away was the car struggled to start. I also noticed car struggled to drive. Day one, I noticed interior lighting in the car didn’t work and gapping hole in the top by where the interor lighting was. Notified host, he acknowledged that damage was done by previous renter and that due to the demand and holiday they did a quick check and deemed car worthy for rental. Day Two, the headlights stopped working and when it did work, only one light dimly came on. High beam lights didn’t work and car started to drive even worse. In fact car nearly didn’t start before my last drive to when it was picked up by the tow service. The car had electrical problems that even the tow truck drive noticed when he was picking up the vehicle. It clearly was not in a road worthy state and a risk to anyone driving it. For me driving my family in that car was quite simply risky for the safety of me and my family. But when the host was notified, he asked me to drive his damage vehicle to the pickup spot. Incredible. Very poor customer service and frankly callous to rent a vehicle they knew had been damaged to another customer without even having it checked out by mechanics or the gapping hole repaired. Very very poor business ethics and poor reflection on Turo host as a whole. Glad Turo customer service said they will restrict this cars rental till the host shows documentation of its repair. Only right for the safety of its customers.

The car had foot prints on the windshield from the previous renter. It also was missing a the dome light on the ceiling which also has the functions for audio for car phone with air play. So that meant I was unable to make and receive calls which was very important for this trip. The EZ Pass did not work either. When I reached out to the renter he
said he would look into it and get back to me. That never happened. I also asked for a partial refund because the car wasn’t what i paid for, and the renter just said check out and rate the trip. So that’s what’s I’m doing. If your car is not what you expected from this renter, don’t expect any type of help. Other than that, the car worked
