Car was making noise when riding and when we picked up but there was no substitute car available to replace this car. Unfortunately even though we felt unsafe, due to meetings we had to use the car.

Easy pick up and drop off! Very communicative. The only issue we noticed was as soon as we started driving, the car was vibrating..? You could feel it shake as you accelerate. Otherwise great experience!

Very disappointing experience. The car had noticeable vibration while driving, and shortly before drop-off a tire pressure warning appeared. After the trip, I was charged $438 for what appears to be a small nail puncture in the tire.

What was most frustrating is that the host appears to have gone straight to ordering a brand-new tire instead of attempting a standard tire repair. No inspection report was provided showing that the puncture was unrepairable, and no documentation was shared showing that a repair was even attempted. I was also not provided with timestamped documentation showing when the tire replacement was ordered.

Despite purchasing both Turo Protection and Enhanced Roadside Assistance, I was still charged hundreds of dollars for what appears to be a minor tire issue. The entire post-trip claims process felt excessive, unreasonable, and lacking transparency. I would not rent from this host again.
