The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The car drove perfectly and made our New England road trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience.

My experience was 5/5. The car was beautiful and very fun to drive. Cheaper than a rental for a way nicer car. It handled 1400 miles through 4 states with no problem and Amanda was a great host. She was prompt, communicative, accommodating, and her car was literally spotless upon pickup. I’d definitely rent her car again. 😎 🚘

I cannot recommend Chad enough! I rented his van for a recent trip and the experience was flawless. The vehicle itself was spotless, had remarkably low mileage, and handled so smoothly it felt like we were driving a brand-new car. What really set Chad apart, though, was his customer service. He was incredibly flexible with our schedule and quick to respond to any questions. We were also so appreciative of the thoughtful gesture of stocking the van with water and snacks for the road—it made our trip start off on the right foot. Car was surprisingly cheaper than a newer civic/accord (great price) Car drove decent, squeaky breaks when pulling up to red lights but no big deal. Picking up from location was a piece of cake and dropping off was even easier.

This car was absolutely phenomenal! Lamont was great to work with as well and truly made the experience seamless with a beautiful, extremely clean car. Will definitely rent again in the future.

My first driving the GLE ..I must say it is a smooth ride but what else can you expect from Mercedes..everything was good as usual . I always rent from my guy and will continue to do so, but I want to see that 2027 S-Class in the fleet when it comes out, I have to drive it !!

The Good: The host was accommodating and local pickup/dropoff was easy and convenient. The car is beautiful and fit our needs! Lots of room in the back seat and cargo area, styling of the car inside and out is beautiful, and the car has plenty of power. The Not So Good: Dash camera in the car which was not disclosed, this made us somewhat uncomfortable as we were not aware of it and didn’t know if it recorded audio inside the car. Also, car was not as clean as it should be. Lots of dust/sand inside and it was clear that the seats, cupholders, screen/dashboard, door panels, etc were not wiped down. The exterior was not washed, the mirrors were very dirty, and it was hard to see out of the front and back windshield. (It was evident that the host and their staff were quickly spot cleaning vehicles in the parking garage.) Also the tires need balanced as there was a very strong vibration when driving above 40-45 MPH. All small minor things but I am sure the host will address them before the next trip! Dustin made renting from him easy and seamless. We would rent from him again and try a different vehicle of his.

Car was easy to find instructions were very precise and easy to Comprehend, parking in the area was easy to find out for the drop off. The Mercedes drove like a 2025 car, the leather and sunroof just made it that much more worth it for my needs.
