My first driving the GLE ..I must say it is a smooth ride but what else can you expect from Mercedes..everything was good as usual . I always rent from my guy and will continue to do so, but I want to see that 2027 S-Class in the fleet when it comes out, I have to drive it !!
I had an excellent experience renting the Mercedes through Turo. The car was in perfect condition—clean, smooth, and a pleasure to drive. The host made the entire process seamless with great communication from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were both very easy, and I really appreciated how responsive and professional the host was. I would definitely recommend booking with this host and would rent again without hesitation!

The Good: The host was accommodating and local pickup/dropoff was easy and convenient. The car is beautiful and fit our needs! Lots of room in the back seat and cargo area, styling of the car inside and out is beautiful, and the car has plenty of power. The Not So Good: Dash camera in the car which was not disclosed, this made us somewhat uncomfortable as we were not aware of it and didn’t know if it recorded audio inside the car. Also, car was not as clean as it should be. Lots of dust/sand inside and it was clear that the seats, cupholders, screen/dashboard, door panels, etc were not wiped down. The exterior was not washed, the mirrors were very dirty, and it was hard to see out of the front and back windshield. (It was evident that the host and their staff were quickly spot cleaning vehicles in the parking garage.) Also the tires need balanced as there was a very strong vibration when driving above 40-45 MPH. All small minor things but I am sure the host will address them before the next trip! Dustin made renting from him easy and seamless. We would rent from him again and try a different vehicle of his.
Great smooth ride as usual. Car is in great condition. Mohamed also makes the schedule flexible if needed approval for charge of pickup or return of the car. I rent consistently and highly recommend.
Car was easy to find instructions were very precise and easy to Comprehend, parking in the area was easy to find out for the drop off. The Mercedes drove like a 2025 car, the leather and sunroof just made it that much more worth it for my needs.
