From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The van itself was spotless, super comfortable, and had plenty of space—perfect for carrying everything we needed without feeling cramped. It drove incredibly smoothly for its size, and we felt confident and safe the entire trip.
The host went above and beyond to make things easy. Communication was quick, friendly, and professional, and the pick-up and drop-off process couldn’t have been more convenient. They clearly take pride in maintaining the vehicle, and it showed.
If you’re looking for a reliable, spacious, and comfortable ride for a trip, event, or group outing, I cannot recommend this Sprinter (and this host!) enough. We’ll definitely be renting again.
