The car was great, and the host is great. My only issue was the car had a smell of cigarettes that kept flaring up that my girlfriend wasn’t a fan of. I hope they get that taken care of, but I would definitely rent it again.

Car and pickup location were fine, but communication with the host fell short. I asked a question about the in-car navigation system and never got a response. For a trip where guests may need to rely on the host for basic vehicle info, that kind of silence isn't acceptable.
