Everything was done in such a courteous and professional manner. He was thoughtful and easy to work with. I rented a car for my daughter’s prom. If you are looking to rent a car for a special occasion, I highly recommend renting from Hugh!!!

I cannot recommend Omar highly enough! From the moment I picked up the Tesla, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a first-time Tesla driver, I really appreciated him taking the time to give me a thorough rundown on all the features – he made me feel completely comfortable and confident driving his computer-on-wheels 😁 Beyond just the car, Omar went above and beyond by offering fantastic food recommendations for the area. I was tired and it was very late, so his recommendation was RIGHT ON TIME!! He’s incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and a pleasure to rent from. The Tesla itself was immaculate and a dream to drive. He made the entire rental process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a top-notch Turo host and a fantastic car, look no further! 5 stars all the way!

Car was clean both inside and out. Host communicated well and provided additional information on Tesla vehicles for those who have never driven a Tesla before. Pick up and drop off were both convenient. Host dropped the car off 1-day prior to the trip start date and allowed access to the vehicle 2 hours before my requested trip start time. Would rent from again in the future.

Everything was great. FSD was as advertised, car was very clean. Umair was very communicative. Pickup was relatively easy given that I had to navigate a new parking garage. Will rent from here again next time I’m in town.

This was a great rental experience! They are very straightforward and efficient with pickup and drop off protocols. I will rent from them again! The car itself glides on the road which makes it fun and enjoyable to drive. The sound system in this car goes CRAZY! Tesla did an amazing job with the sound system. Try it out for yourself and witness it. Make sure you get familiar with the car before driving off so that you are comfortable with driving the car. Other than that, no complaints since the car is fire!

So this was my first Turo rental so I was a bit needy. Rental process was easy and picking up and finding the car at first was a little difficult but they patiently helped me locate the car. Driving a Tesla is not easy as you might think so. It was very helpful that they sent instructions on all the different features and how to drive the car and how to charge, etc. I would ask anyone that drives this car, if they haven’t driven a Tesla before, to go ahead and Watch all the videos before you start it up! Otherwise, this was a lot of fun to drive and becomes very addictive. And you’ll get lots of looks as you drive around.

My experience was great. This was my first time using Turo and everything worked out as expected. Al was great. Easy to reach and responsive. The car was amazing—I will be buying a Tesla in the near future thanks to this experience. Highly recommend!!
