Nicole was such a wonderful host and genuinely such a kind human. She was incredibly helpful throughout my rental, and even when we ran into a few issues, she kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and that I was sorted. I really appreciated how responsive, patient, and thoughtful she was. She went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience while I was in DC, and that meant a lot to me. The Tesla was great, but Nicole’s kindness and customer service really made the experience. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her! 🤎
