After a terrible first experience with Turo, I had PTSD and was not sure I wanted to use the app for a second time- but I had made the reservation beforehand…. so….
I’m glad I gave Ali - and Turo- a chance. Great redemption.

Liena was a bit hesitant about proceeding with the reservation, but I didn’t want to pressure her either. So, I asked her what she’d like to do, and she decided to give it another try. I assured her that hopefully, this time would be a better experience for her. She’s definitely respectful and responsible. I’m glad we were able to provide her with a better experience this time. We are excited to host our great client Liena in the near future.

I genuinely want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to both Oli and Nicole for everything. From start to finish, my experience with them was absolutely amazing. The car was beautiful, extremely clean, well-maintained, and clearly taken care of with a lot of love and attention to detail. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Ali and Nicole were incredibly respectful, generous, kind, and welcoming. Their communication was truly outstanding—they were responsive, understanding, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience and treating people with respect.

Nicole was such a wonderful host and genuinely such a kind human. She was incredibly helpful throughout my rental, and even when we ran into a few issues, she kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and that I was sorted. I really appreciated how responsive, patient, and thoughtful she was. She went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience while I was in DC, and that meant a lot to me. The Tesla was great, but Nicole’s kindness and customer service really made the experience. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her! 🤎
