This was an amazing rental experience! The car was in excellent condition, super clean, and very well maintained. Ben responded to my messages almost instantly and was always friendly and helpful. I’ve been renting with Turo for years and Ben was awesome! My kids LOVED his car and wanted us to keep it. Lol. What a gracious and friendly host. We’ll definitely rent from Ben again the next time we’re here. The chargers and extra umbrella were an excellent touch especially considering this busy mom forgot to check the weather ahead of our trip and sure enough, rain in the forecast. Thank you, Ben!

Nicole was great, she was very accommodating and communicated great. The car was clean, ran great, got great gas mileage, was comfortable... not much more I could ask for. It didn't have any nauseating air refreshers (at least I think they're nauseating) so that was also a win. If I come back to DC, I'd book with Nicole again no hesitations!

Car and location were as described and just fine overall. As a first-time purchaser of this service it would have been helpful if Turo provided more detailed information in advance, particularly about the process for picking up a car without any in-person exchange, having to take all the photos of the car and uploading them, and mention of the parking pass inside the car. All fairly simple things, but after a long day of travel it seemed like a lot to figure out at the time.

Clean and pristine van. Very spacious for a family carpooling event. Very modern. Alejandra was very communicative when i had questions about Turo, considering this is my first time using this platform for vehicle rentals. DEFINITELY WOULD BOOK AGAIN. I love Siennas.

The host was great, friendly and very responsive. The car was clean. Did already have slight fender damage on the passenger front but not even noticeable if you are not looking for it! The car drove well and gas was cheap to fill up. I will definitely rent with this host again!
