Justin was very nice. He aven cleaned the car with vinegar/water for me due to my allergy to perfumed cleaning products. He was exactly on time for the pickup. I enjoyed driving this Toyota Prius, which handled well and was very comfortable. With gas prices high using a hybrid car was great.

Very clean car and excellent service! Very prompt in response and the car was parked so close by to the baggage claim, helped a lot with the children and luggage! Also gave Very good car seats and that took off the stress of traveling with car seats and made our trip very easy and a pleasure! It’s a nice car great ride. Owner left nice instructions about how to operate and refuel the car. Very important instructions indeed. Recommended if you want to experience a fuel cell car. They are not cheap to fuel as electric cars though. Price of Hydrogen is high. Paid $65 for half a tank.

The car owners were very informative on how to use a vehicle and to fuel the vehicle. They were very kind courteous and had a immaculately clean vehicle for me to rent. They were also very customer service friendly and helping me with adjusting my time that I was using the rental. They gave me tips on how to be more effective in rentals they also gave me tips on how to better use the vehicle. This was overall one of the best rental experiences I've had from renting homes to hotels or renting cars it was very easy to get to the vehicle and return the vehicle

I rented a 2017 Toyota Mirai, and overall the experience was smooth and the host was great to work with. The owner communicated consistently, was responsive, and made the entire pickup and return process easy. As expected with an older vehicle, the car has noticeable interior wear scratches and cosmetic flaws throughout. The exterior also shows its age, with scratches on the rims and fenders. The front bumper is taped on and occasionally pops out, but this was all clearly mentioned in the listing, so there were no surprises. One thing to keep in mind: H70 hydrogen fuel is extremely expensive right now, so expect a hefty fuel bill by the end of your trip. All in all, you get exactly what’s advertised. The car is functional, the host is solid, and the rental process is straightforward. Perfect if you just need a ride and know what to expect.

Great car, great host. Sad to leave the car but the experience leaves me wanting to purchase a TOYOTA COROLLA. Will rent again.
