I had a great experience renting Rafael’s Tesla Model 3! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Having FSD, Premium Connectivity, and free Supercharging included made my entire trip so easy and convenient. FSD especially made a huge difference while driving in unfamiliar areas and took so much of the stress out of the trip. We had an excellent experience renting from Zeyu. The Model Y was clean, in great condition, and exactly as described. The Full Self-Driving feature made our California road trip much more enjoyable and relaxing. Communication was prompt and clear, and pickup and return were both smooth and hassle-free. Great experience overall. The car was easy to locate and exactly where it was supposed to be. Russ was very thoughtful and proactive. Once he realized we weren’t arriving by flight, he quickly coordinated an alternate pickup location so we could avoid additional airport fees. The Tesla was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with helpful extras in case we needed them. Communication was smooth throughout the trip, and the entire process felt easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent again!
