This is the easiest car rental I have ever had. Johnny picked me up just outside bagage claim. The car was immaculate and I had no trouble during the rental. Drop off was also really easy. Johnny met me right at the departure door at SJC. Communication was excellent. Would definitely rent from Johnny again!
Huy is Great, Amazing and easy to work with! One of the Smoothest experiences on years of renting on Turo. Accodmated all my last minute requests. Fast reply. I will definitely rent cars from Huy again. Had the car for whole week. Everything was perfect. It's a brand new Tesla, so it's very comfortable to drive like a Model S, you can't tell much difference! 5 Stars!!!
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The host made pickup and drop-off effortless, and the 2026 Tesla Model Y was waiting fully charged and impeccably clean. The car was in excellent condition, and having Full Self-Driving (FSD) made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this host again.

Great experience overall. The car was easy to locate and exactly where it was supposed to be. Russ was very thoughtful and proactive. Once he realized we weren’t arriving by flight, he quickly coordinated an alternate pickup location so we could avoid additional airport fees. The Tesla was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with helpful extras in case we needed them. Communication was smooth throughout the trip, and the entire process felt easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent again!
Absolutely amazing experience with this Tesla Model 3. The car was super clean, smooth, and fun to drive. Battery range was great, charging was easy, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The host was responsive, professional, and made pickup/drop-off simple.
