If you need to rent a car in the Monterey or Bay Area, look no further than Jack’s vehicles. Best customer service you can ever imagine or hope for. If I could give 20 stars I would! Jack Brown is without a doubt the Host with the Most.
The Tesla “Y” was in great condition. Jack and his wife were SO kind to bring me the car to where I was staying in Marina, and then to come pick it up.
Jack was so good to provide a personalized manual to learn the features of the car and when I needed more instruction, he walked me through the steps in a minute. I will definitely use their service again.
