The host was really nice and very responsive—whenever I messaged him, he replied right away. The car had no problems and drove well. It would have been even better if the car had been vacuumed and cleaned a little more before pickup, but overall, for the price, it was a good experience and I would definitely rent from him again. Fandi and our cohost provided excellent communication throughout the process. Our car, 2020 Honda Insight was clean and in good working order. Performance was good around the hills and mountains in the greater San Francisco area. The drop off at the San Jose airport was excellent. Why go to the “normal” car rental companies!

Sergio was quick to respond and communicative with the pickup location of the car. The Honda was as described and pictured. It gets about 30 MPG, clean and comfortable.

The car was extremely smooth, an amazing drive, and overall an interesting experience. At pick-up, the vehicle had collected dirt on the outside as if it had been sitting for a while, so my first stop was a car wash. It was my first time dealing with a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. If only the prices weren’t so steep and the fuel centers weren’t so scarce. I would definitely rent from them again, and I’m hoping to try the Mirai soon.

Mr. Hung went out of his way to make pickup and drop off of the car convenient for us. The van was freshly cleaned and in great condition, despite its age and mileage.
