This is the easiest car rental I have ever had. Johnny picked me up just outside bagage claim. The car was immaculate and I had no trouble during the rental. Drop off was also really easy. It’s a nice car great ride. Owner left nice instructions about how to operate and refuel the car. Very important instructions indeed. Recommended if you want to experience a fuel cell car. They are not cheap to fuel as electric cars though. Price of Hydrogen is high. Paid $65 for half a tank.
Very clean car and excellent service! Very prompt in response and the car was parked so close by to the baggage claim, helped a lot with the children and luggage! Also gave Very good car seats and that took off the stress of traveling with car seats and made our trip very easy and a pleasure! It was a great car for our vacation, great price, and mostly an easy process to pickup and drop off!
Quality of the car was great. Clean and pick up was easy at the terminal garage. The car drives well and well maintained. It’s fun to drive a mini cooler in Cali with the nice weather. The hosts communicate well. The only thing I would suggest is to add tint to all the windows with sun protection as most rental guests are usually driving outside the city and the sun can be very hot. If you come from a city where the gas price is lower, it’s definitely a shock in price for premium gas to fill the car but I’m sure that’s normal for a mini copper. Overall, the experience was pleasant!
The car owners were very informative on how to use a vehicle and to fuel the vehicle. They were very kind courteous and had a immaculately clean vehicle for me to rent. They were also very customer service friendly and helping me with adjusting my time that I was using the rental. They gave me tips on how to be more effective in rentals they also gave me tips on how to better use the vehicle. This was overall one of the best rental experiences I've had from renting homes to hotels or renting cars it was very easy to get to the vehicle and return the vehicle
Justin was very nice. He aven cleaned the car with vinegar/water for me due to my allergy to perfumed cleaning products. He was exactly on time for the pickup. I enjoyed driving this Toyota Prius, which handled well and was very comfortable. With gas prices high using a hybrid car was great.
I literally got to break this baby in! Not a single scratch ding or dent in sight! Turned it on n couldn't even tell! Acceleration was absolutely effortless, gas milage was phenomenal- as expected with a hybrid, but to top it off (pun totally intended LoL) it's a 2026 that still takes regular ole' 87 at the pump! Drove a ton between the South and East Bay back n forth and only went thru just under a 1/3 tank of gas. We're talking at least 200miles easy! Never been big on the Camry but this one was the beez kneez! Host was awesome n super accommodating even tho I ended up showing up way later than anticipated. Thank you for that, so so much. Price point was better than anything out there for a car that came fresh out the box, to boot! This host along with this car will NOT disappoint! ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Vamsy was a great guy. Cars pretty good on gas but really great on gas if you drive without a lead foot. Would of had it longer than a day but I'm poor so it is what it is. Will definitely rent again from him if it arises. He has a membership to the zip car wash if you ever need to wash it as well. A+.
