Dear Sandra, I believe the car was swapped within the same minute for a very clean one! I also paid extra for unnecessary vacuuming as a courtesy. You kept calling to request more than 300 miles per day, and I accommodated your requests to help you out. Yet, despite all my efforts to be accommodating, you’re still complaining.
The car was great for both short and long trips! Samer was very nice, helpful, and responsive throughout the rental. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend renting from him on Turo!
