Great experience! Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the car was clean, comfortable, and great on gas. I had a family emergency during my trip and unfortunately had to make several changes to my reservation. They were very understanding, flexible, and worked with me through everything, which I really appreciated during a stressful time. Great communication and customer service. Absolutely loved the car! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and smelled brand new. The shuttle ride from the airport to the car’s location was quick and convenient, and the instructions for finding and picking up the car were very clear and easy to follow. The hosts were also very responsive, which I really appreciated. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. The whole rental process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!
Can I give 6 stars? The 4Runner was great - clean inside and out. It was there at the airport ready for pickup as promised. Jared, the co- host, was there on-time and provided shuttle service to the passenger pick up area and was very courteous and helpful. The SUV performed beautifully. And, when we had to change the drop off time because of a flight change, Jared was there to meet us at the new time, early in the morning, without missing a beat. Dropped us off at check-in. Really the perfect host. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat!
