I would say everything was pretty good. They told me the wrong section for where the car was in the parking lot but I eventually found it. The car was also a little dirty. There were used makeup brushes in the side of the door.

The host was very prompt with timing of car and instructions for pick up and drop off. Instructions were clear on what needed to be done. However, the car was quite dirty when I received it with trash around someone’s hotel key under a seat and some hair from a hairbrush in the cup console up front.
