Josh was an amazing host! He made the entire trip incredibly smooth from start to finish. He was always quick to respond, very helpful, and gave me great recommendations on places to visit during my trip. The car was excellent, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy throughout the entire rental, and Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free Turo experience!
Absolutely 5+ stars!!! Both Tyler and his Kia gave us top notch service. The car was in excellent condition, and very fun to drive -- plus economical. Tyler prompty answered all of our questions both before we picked up the car and during our drive.. Tyler was flexible, professional, and accommodating. We will absolutely use him again went in Salt Lake City.
This was, hands down, the best car rental experience we have ever had. The car was wonderful and dealing with Richard was an absolute pleasure. If Utah becomes a regular trip, we will use Turo (Richard!) Every single time.

The car was perfect. Clean and ready. One thing to be aware of, is that it does not have a plug for the old USB cord. The car is too new and apparently Kia no longer makes that standard. So it only has a plug for the new USB c(?) type cord. I picked one up at Walmart and it worked fine. But other than that, it was exactly what I needed.
