I had a last minute cancellation from a different car (3 hours til I needed to pick up 😭) and Albert stepped up. He had the car ready early for me. The car looked like it had just been detailed. The gas mileage was a big win also. Would definitely rent this again.
The Subaru Forester was in excellent condition, very clean inside and out, with smooth power and great driving performance. The host responded to all my messages very promptly. The only small issue was the fuel tank was one bar low when I picked up the car. I hope the host can fill up the gas fully for future renters. Overall a fantastic rental experience!
I had a great experience using Turo for the first time. Jaden was a fantastic host. The car was exactly as described. Jaden was quick to reply when I had questions. I had no issues with the host. However, Turo does not include the cost of the insurance ($100 for the option I chose for a week and you have to have it), nor the cost of getting the car out of the parking garage at the airport ($25!) in the price they quote. Factor in those costs when considering to rent. Only go with a superstar host. Thanks, Jaden. You get a 5-star from me because I’m not holding Turo’s practices against you.

The car quality and the host were both superb. The vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and drove beautifully throughout the trip. The only challenge I experienced was with the pickup and drop off directions at the airport. Since I was unfamiliar with the airport layout, I got turned around a couple of times and ended up walking quite a long distance. A little more detailed guidance for travelers unfamiliar with the airport would make the process much smoother. The added leather seat covers were also a little challenging at times because they made it harder for passengers to easily access and buckle their seat belts. Overall, this was a great experience. My partner and I rented this vehicle specifically because we are considering purchasing a Subaru ourselves, and driving this car honestly made us feel even more confident about that decision. It really highlighted how comfortable, reliable, and quality made these vehicles are. I would absolutely rent from this host again.
Car was essentially brand new, super clean and was great for our extended trip in Park City this summer. Easy pickup and drop off and Brett provided very detailed instructions on where to find the car at the airport. Brett is super responsive and went above and beyond as a host! Would definitely rent from him again.

The car quality was as expected. The car is a Subaru and very easy and reliable. Pickup and drop off was easy. The car had several scrapes and dings in it and we took pictures. I let the owner know. I did not get a response. I did not followup on this because I was busy on my trip. I never heard anything so I’m hoping it doesn’t bite me later. Renters should be aware that there are two extra charges. One charge for leaving the parking lot and suggested tip for the car cleaning service. I would rent again from this group.
