We had a great trip with the Chrysler Pacifica. The car was clean and comfortable. The car worked mechanically well, and the drive was smooth. Anna was a very responsive Host. This van was perfect for our family. The car was immaculately clean, well maintained, and in like new condition. Anna provided clear pick up and drop off directions which made it very easy. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the beginning mileage. A note of advice: take a photo of the beginning and ending odometer! I wish I had known to do so. Even with the odometer dispute, Anna's Chrysler Pacifica was a great Turo rental and I highly recommend Anna as a Host.

We had an amazing experience with Nik’s minivan! We needed a bigger car for my son’s 7’s tournament, and this van was absolutely perfect. When we went to pick up the car, there was an alarm in the tree that caught us off guard—but honestly, it gave us a good laugh! The pick-up process was easy overall, and the van was exactly as described—spacious, smooth, and equipped with all the bells and whistles. The boys absolutely loved the extra room, and the van ran perfectly throughout our trip. Drop-off was just as seamless, making the entire process stress-free from start to finish.
