Everything from messaging the owner to picking up the van to drop off was so easy! Super fast response and great to work with. The van was amazing and had so many fun features. I will totally rent from them again.

The car was immaculate. Great condition and comfortable. The host was very responsive. However, the ENTIRE reason I chose this car vs the rental counter was because I was on a very tight timeline when landing, trying to get to my uncles funeral. It is CLEARLY advertised that this car will be parked in short term parking, a short walk from the terminal. When I landed I had the information with where to pick up the car. It was parked in economy parking at the last shuttle stop. A 20 minute ride. And when I got there the gas tank was only about 3/4 full. I then received an additional invoice for driving over my allotted miles. I drove a total of 99 miles on my trip. I had 200 included miles. The host claimed I drove 199 miles more than my allotted miles. When I pointed this out he immediately backtracked. But I don’t trust him at all that he was trying to grab whatever money he could. Beware. He is not honest.
