The Pacifica was really nice, it was great to drive and handled beautifully, it's really spacious and my little family was very comfortable during our 6 hr drive to idaho

I mean it got us from point A to point B which is what we needed but our 1 complaint is the cleanliness. Not only was the cars interior filthy and covered in dog hair, the car seats we rented for our 10 month olds were stained, smelled, and were filled with leftover crumbs and food.
I am so sorry Mason. We pride ourselves on making sure our cars and especially carseats are extra clean. We have had a lot more car seat rentals than normal this last month and didnt do a good enough job this time making sure they were clean for your reservation. So sorry as well for the car not meeting expectation on being clean as well. I have communicated with the team and we will make sure we are much more vigilant going forward sorry again for the inconvenience
