Fantastic experience from start to finish! The 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class was spotless, luxurious, and drove flawlessly. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient, and the host was professional, responsive, and made the entire process effortless. Everything was exactly as described, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommended!
Solid car after my first rental blew up. I found I don’t like Mercedes, but if you do you’ll love this car.
The host was responsive and communicated quickly throughout the rental process. Both pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient. When we first received the car, it looked to be in good condition. The check engine light was on, but the host mentioned that the vehicle had recently been inspected by a shop and that there were no issues found. The tires had also been updated. During the rental, there was one day when we experienced noticeable and unusual vibration while driving, which made us a bit concerned at the time. Since the host’s other vehicle was also rented out and we didn’t have alternative transportation, we continued to monitor the situation. Fortunately, the vibration did not occur again for the remainder of the trip. As fellow Mercedes owners, we understand that sometimes certain issues may persist even after a service visit. Overall, we were satisfied with the rental experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Jay and his van for our week-long vacation in Utah. There were 8 of us, and the van was perfect—spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped to make the journey even more enjoyable. The large windows allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning landscapes of this beautiful state. The rental process was smooth and professional. We would definitely rent from him again. This Mercedes rental was an absolute dream! Pick up was easy and effortless at the airport, and this car was SO nice to drive around in SLC. From the city to the mountains, this car had everything I needed and more and plenty of space for all of my bags. Loved this rental!

Amazing car! The GLS Maybach is absolutely beautiful and feels brand new. Very comfortable, smooth, and luxurious. Driving it was a real pleasure. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend it!
