Easy, fast. Friendly. We go on alot of "ROAD TRIPS" we use turo to get the best prices and the best service. I hate sitting at a rental counter talking to someone who dosent care about me as a person. I absolutely love how easy it was to book and add extra days on! Antonio was responsive and respectful.

Dishonest host, failed to disclose vehicle had a faulty tire, which led to many delays and eventually blew out. Antonio was aggressive and obviously pointed the finger at everyone else. I’ll be the one paying for his negligence and dishonesty but warning to the next renter in hopes that you don’t make the same mistake.
Choose any other vehicle, it will be the wise choice.

If there really was a faulty tire, you should have mentioned it right away, I would have taken care of it immediately but you NEVER mentioned anything about it. I even messaged you 12 hours before the end of your trip as I do with every guest to ask how everything went And you still did not mention anything about a faulty tire until I noticed the damage on The vehicle when you returned it. You damaged and lost a side fender, idk how that even relates to a faulty tire.
Antonio was exceptionally great at communicating throughout the entire booking and trip. He was very flexible and allowed me to move my return back one hour. I was grateful for his convenient service he offered to drop the car off and pick it up at my house as this helped me with timing so much. Thank you Antonio! I highly recommend booking through him and will be back in the future.
