The 4Runner was perfect for our needs. Easy pickup/drop-off.

Overall, the rental went smoothly, and the host was responsive and communicative, so I’m happy to give 5 stars. The only issue I ran into was at drop-off. The Turo app listed the hourly parking lot as an approved return location, however 3 hours prior to drop-off, the host told me to park in the far economy lot instead. I was traveling with my husband and 2-year-old with more luggage than we could reasonably carry, so I explained that I would be using the hourly lot as indicated in the app. It would have been helpful if the preferred drop-off location had been communicated before the trip or updated in the listing as there were other approved parking lot options besides the hourly and economy parking lots as well. Overall, the car served its purpose, and I appreciate the host’s communication.

Car worked great. Only issue was a crack in the windshield when we arrived.

When I picked up the vehicle, there was a large crack on the windshield. I immediately sent photos to the owner, but I did not receive a response.
Due to the short duration of my trip and a tight schedule, I was unable to continue following up with the owner for a replacement vehicle at that time. However, providing a vehicle with a damaged windshield is a significant safety concern that should have been addressed immediately.
Given this experience, I do not intend to rent from this provider again.
