Absolutely loved the car! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and smelled brand new. The shuttle ride from the airport to the car’s location was quick and convenient, and the instructions for finding and picking up the car were very clear and easy to follow. The hosts were also very responsive, which I really appreciated. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. The whole rental process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

The host and driver were amazing! Very responsive and professional. I made a last minute booking and they got the car impeccably ready to drive. My only gripes are on the pickup as it was a little confusing mostly due to the lot company and not the host themselves. The gate security access to come in and pick up the vehicle doesn’t know about Turo or the Host process so it was a bit to explain to them our reasoning for being there and needing the gate opened so that we can walk over to the correct lot if you are not using the shuttle service. Other than that the vehicle was clean and super reliable. Really nice updated fleet! The 4Runner is AWESOME!

The entire experience was just eh. This was my first time using turo and it’s definitely not been the best. When we arrived the car was “left in detailing” and we didn’t get it until 30 minutes later after waiting standing in a hot parking lot. The windshield had plastic shine spray all over the inside and was hard to see out of. The floor mats were soaking wet from I’m assuming detailing. The car itself of course was nice as it was brand new but customer service and professionalism of this host / company was NOT that good
