The car was great. The drop off and pick up is at a commercial lot and the the commercial lot folks DO NOT CARE about your Turo. The instructions were severely lacking and the process ends up being slow and stressful. The shuttle JUST came by at 0530 am and told us they can't fit us. That about sums up this rental experience

Turo gave 5 drop off locations. LA directions were to return it to the same exact spot. Slightly more inconvenient. Excellent on gas which was a major plus
