The van was clean, organized, tank was full, parked at MCO, easy to drive, and looked as promoted the way it was promoted. No major issues except for the backup camera need to be repaired other than that this is a very nice vehicle to rent for a large family and I recommend this vehicle to be everyone. Thank you

The van was perfect for our group. Andrew was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to work with our pickup and drop-off locations, as well as provide toddler car seats. We were traveling with eight people and had plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage.

I could not have found a cooler vehicle to rent for our family vacation. The NASA alien van was a big hit everywhere we went. The kids loved it. The family loved it. Random people loved it. The pickup process was extremely easy and convenient. Uber from the airport a few minutes away to the secure parking lot to pickup the van. Drive the van back to pickup my family and luggage. The drop off process was the same in reverse. I cannot recommend this van rental enough (or any of their other themed vehicles). They all looked fun! Thank you for a smooth transaction and making our trip so memorable! Everyone will remember this trip with the alien van!

Great rental experience! We picked up the van at port canaveral after our Disney cruise, and we drove it to Disney world and returned it to the airport. We were able to rent strollers and car seats. Perfect for our family of 8 with lots of luggage

Although this van had a few minor issues, I am giving this host 4 stars because they came through for me when I needed it most. After having two other hosts cancel on me one the day before my trip and another after I had already arrived for pickup it was extremely stressful trying to find a replacement vehicle at the last minute. Thankfully, this host was available and helped save my trip. The vehicle was not perfect, but it got the job done and allowed my group to continue with our plans. Most importantly, the host was available, responsive, and reliable during a situation where dependable transportation was critical. Thank you for helping when others could not. I truly appreciate it.
