The vehicle was easy to pick up and drove very well. However, the toll process was confusing because the vehicle already had a SunPass transponder, which created an issue when I used my own transponder and resulted in duplicate toll charges.
I also found the very short turnaround between my return and the next reservation stressful. Unexpected delays can happen, and having another booking only a few hours later leaves very little flexibility for the guest.
Overall, the vehicle was good, but clearer toll instructions and more reasonable timing between reservations would improve the rental experience.
