Although this van had a few minor issues, I am giving this host 4 stars because they came through for me when I needed it most.
After having two other hosts cancel on me one the day before my trip and another after I had already arrived for pickup it was extremely stressful trying to find a replacement vehicle at the last minute. Thankfully, this host was available and helped save my trip.
The vehicle was not perfect, but it got the job done and allowed my group to continue with our plans. Most importantly, the host was available, responsive, and reliable during a situation where dependable transportation was critical.
Thank you for helping when others could not. I truly appreciate it.
