This Kia Soul was a great vehicle and drove very well over the course of my trip. Lein is a great host and is quick to communicate with you over the course of the trip. He reaches out to you during your trip to make sure everything is going well which is going above and beyond with great customer service. Also the car was very well maintained and I rented this car for a great price. Five out of five stars

This was my first time ever renting from Turo. Renting from them was great! They are very helpful and kind. I had an issue with my Reservation and Mr. Malave walked me through the entire process, we booked it together. I needed more time. I was granted more time. Jim’s Kia rental was an easy pick up and drop, The car was reliable for a day trip to Daytona Beach, clean, and the smell was great. If I’m back in town I’ll definitely rent again.

This was the first time I used TURO, and was not sure of the process. The TURO app had given me two different pickup addresses, for some odd reason. Once I got to the location it took a few minutes to figure out where to pick up the car, due to Turo’s signs being somewhat smaller than anticipated. The drop off / return of the vehicle was very easy. The owner of the vehicle was very quick to respond to all messages, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience stress free. The car overall was a joy to drive. It was very clean, and comfortable. I would rent from this owner again!

We also had to reach out a couple of times because of some personal circumstances, and the host was very understanding, kind, and accommodating. That level of customer service really stood out. My host was friendly, patient, and willing to answer my questions, which I really appreciated since I’m not very newer-car savvy. They were especially helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to place the lock box back on the outside of the vehicle. The car was clean, rode well, and comfortably accommodated tall and plus-size passengers. It did have a few minor scuffs here and there, but nothing unexpected for a rental vehicle. The AC worked great, which is a major plus in Florida’s pre-summer heat 😅☀️. The pickup location being less than 5 minutes from home made everything even more convenient. We used this vehicle for our 20th anniversary getaway, and it helped make the trip smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Overall, this was a great first Turo experience, and I would definitely rent from this host again!
