I had a wonderful experience renting this 2015 Kia Soul! The pickup and check-in process was easy and hassle-free, and drop-off was just as smooth. The car was clean, the AC blew ice-cold, and it drove very well. The rental was also very affordable, which made the experience even better! The customer service was awesome, and I especially enjoyed being able to connect and have a friendly conversation during pickup. Overall, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, affordable rental with excellent customer service!

Car drove fine. No real communication with host, I had to ask for pick up instructions. No instructions on where to leave the car as well when it was time for drop off.
