No issues whatsoever with vehicle. The Turo app was a major problem! Would not load AT ALL, I couldn't confirm that I dropped the vehicle off HOURS ago- praying I don't get charged late fee for the app mishap. Would be very disappointed if so because it was super convenient to have his vehicle. Definitely recommend the service/car but BEWARE OF THE APP. Btw I tried contacting customer support within the app- HORRIBLE AI generated system absolutely no help!! Screenshot every attempt with time stamps to confirm my time including the ticket put in lockbox for drop off. But car, great!
