Amazing experience! I rented a Chrysler for our trip to Destin, and it was absolutely perfect for me and my girls. The van drove so smoothly, was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for all of us and our things. It made our road trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The host was incredibly understanding, patient, and provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they made everything easy and stress-free. The van is spotless, roomy, and great for a family. The video screens were a lifesaver and made the drive stress free with three kids. The a/c runs cold, which is a must in the Florida summers! The pick up and drop off were easy, and it was nice to have the toll pass in the car. There’s also a gas station right by the pick up and drop off location, making the final fill up a breeze. Filipe was also a great host. There was an issue, and he got back to me with two different resolution options within minutes.

Host was great. Someone rear ended me in a parking spot and the host made sure I was okay and responded perfectly and in a timely manner. Car was still driveable and damage was minimal, they did not haggle me about returning it after. I have rented from them plenty of times and they are always friendly and responsive. Great family to rent with.
