Did the job. Key fob didn’t work to lock and unlock van. We couldn’t get the windshield clear. Couldn’t plug in phone for AirPlay.

Hi Loree, thank you for your feedback. The key fob battery unfortunately died during your reservation, which is why it stopped working. CarPlay is wireless, so no cable is needed, and I would have been happy to help with the connection. Unfortunately, I never received a message from you about these issues. The windshield may also have needed the A/C and defrost settings adjusted correctly. I’m always available to help during a trip.
