The hosts were great with communication and responded VERY promptly to all messages. Pickup and drop-off were easy. A lever that reclines and folds down one of the seats was broken, but the car gets great mileage for a minivan. Would definitely rent from them again.

This is a great car. It fit five adults comfortably with three checked bags and two carry ons in the back. The gas efficient is outstanding. Went to half moon bay for a wedding, had the car for four days and barely used 1/4 of the tank. And the host is very helpful. I see why and can confirm you get 5-star service with this car rental. .

Worked great for our trip! Car was VERY clean and got us from A to B. Definitely nothing fancy but didn’t matter to us. The pickup was a bit confusing as to where to go to get the shuttle but host answered very quickly and helped us out. The brakes were a bit squeaky and the emergency brake didn’t feel super secure- which with the SF hills was a bit worrisome. But overall I would rent it again, car worked great overall and host was great with great communication as well.

We were in San Francisco for photographing a wedding and needed a reliable vehicle and didn’t want to wait at the rental counter. Great car, good gas mileage, and pickup was easy. Other than the $74 parking ticket we had to pay when we left the airport, which they reimbursed, everything went pretty smoothly. Would recommend!

This car was a DREAM! Pickup and drop off were easy (once I figured out where the garage was). Drive was so incredibly smooth and quiet, I could barely tell the engine had started. Some folks complain about the hydrogen fuel price, but it wound up costing me way less than multiple tanks of gas, thanks to the engine efficiency. Overall, amazing rental.
