It took a week and many messages to get my parking credit corrected. Everything else was a good experience. The hosts helped with eventually getting my money back. Turo customer service was beyond awful. They did not want to give me my money back even though they advertised that they will credit back all of the airport garage parking charge.

Could’ve used slightly more clarification on garage pickup G and how to get them more rapidly since I went to garage F/G first… but the car and communication was top notch
