This is a full-time rental vehicle, we guarantee a mechanically, problem-free vehicle (as humanly possible), but please do not expect a cosmetically perfect vehicle. There will be dent and dings, but nothing major. All of our vehicles will be cleaned and sanitized before and after every trip. All vehicles are properly maintained and inspected to help ensure a smooth trip. All of our vehicles are offered at all Bay Area Airports as well as custom locations. Available extras for this vehicle: -Phone mount ($1 for the entire trip, regardless of length) -Booster seat. Baby seats are available upon request/availability. ($5 per day) -Cooler ($25 for the entire trip, regardless of length) -One-way trip. This offer is for pickup at any of our offered locations, and then drop-off anywhere. We will either send 2 associates for pickup or fly out an associate for pickup, whatever option is cheaper. Please book your reservation without this extra at first to inquire. (can't message us without a booked reservation) Although we do not offer unlimited milage, you may drive past the allotted milage as much as you like, the additional milage charges are disclosed prior to confirming your reservation. We do not offer pre-paid refueling as an extra. As gas prices frequently fluctuate, we find that it's more cost-efficient for the guest to pay for the actual cost of fuel + Turo's refueling convenience fee ($10) after the trip ends. We are flexible with trip modifications. PLEASE ADJUST YOUR TRIP TIME(S) if you plan on picking up earlier then your reservation start time or plan on returning the vehicle late. We offer a 30 minutes grace period. Late charges will apply if vehicle is returned after the 30 minutes grace period. ***SFO Delivery*** If you select SFO Pickup/Drop-off, the vehicle will be delivered to either Garage A or Garage G at the International parking garage at SFO free of charge. Guests will be responsible for pickup and dropoff parking ticket fees (up to $36 per ticket). The SFO International Garage is accessible from all terminals by SFO's AirTrain. If you are already in town or not flying out the day of drop-off, we can accommodate pickup at the long-term parking lot and drop-off in San Bruno or vice versa to avoid parking fees.
