I had an excellent experience renting Shaunte’s beautiful Mercedes-Benz GLC out of JFK. The entire process was easy and completely stress-free. Shaunte met me right at baggage claim for a smooth handoff, which I truly appreciated after traveling. The car was very well maintained and a joy to drive over the Thanksgiving weekend. I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone visiting New York.
Traveling frequently and having a plethora of experiences renting cars for all sorts of occasions; my experience renting this Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 from Julian was world class. Julian single handily went out of his was to accommodate me during the pickup and drop off of his vehicle! I saved time and avoided the frustrations of navigating an airport going through an extensive construction overhaul (JFK.) You don’t find many people who go out of their way to ensure a quality experience while booking their vehicle-however Julian went above and beyond. The vehicle itself was well maintained and you can tell the vehicle is kept up to date with all of its services. A truly quality vehicle and quality host. If you are thinking of booking any other vehicle on this app look no further than Julian and his GLE 350. The car has all the luxury and power you need, and any headache you might have Julian is a phone call or text away. I definitely would book with Julian and this car again!

The entire experience with Robert was as easy as can be! The car was clean and great to drive and Robert was very quick to communicate and helpful for coordinating pick up and drop off at JFK. I will definitely rent with Robert again and would recommend anyone needing a nice suv in NYC to do the same!

Amazing car to drive- very smooth! Malik was great to work with and very communicative and the pickup/drop off location was super easy to get to and was seamless. Also the car comes with Apple car play and included an aux cable so I was able to get in and drive immediately. Just a note- it’s a Mercedes so know you have to use premium gas. Overall I’m looking forward to renting from Malik again.
Don’t hesitate to book with Erlis, truly exceptional host, I would rent from him again. He is very flexible and process of drop off and pick up at JFK busiest airport was very smooth. Previous comment mentioned something about smoke smell, there is NO smoke smell in the car. Rent a car, you won’t regret it.
