I wish I could give Han and ChunHe ten stars. I had the most fantastic experience renting from them. We had an absolute disaster of a flight into JFK, it was delayed for 8 hours, but in 30 minute increments. My flight was only an hour, so I know this was a horrible inconvenience for Chunhe, who was meeting us at arrivals to deliver the vehicle. At midnight, I watched all the passengers around me freak out because their big chain rentals were cancelled, but ChunHe kept in touch and was there waiting for us when we got in at 1:30am! Pick up was seamless, he handed us the keys and we loaded up and left. The car was in fantastic condition. I always rent Honda Odysseys when I travel because we have one at home so I know my 4 kids' carseats fit in them, and this one was in the best condition I've seen. They also have a cable that allows for apple and Android auto, which was amazing because my husband and I use different phone types. Dropoff was seamless. It was SO NICE not to have to drop the car off at one of the parking lots, instead we pulled up to departures, unloaded, and handed the keys to ChunHe. I seriously wish I could give more stars because it was the best turo rental I have had. We will definitely rent from them again on our trip next year!

The pickup and drop-off process was easy and communication was clear and professional. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. Everything was excellent. Good communication with the host. the car was in good condition. The luggage compartment is very large and allows storage of about 5 suitcases of various sizes, and a few more small bags on top of them. In terms of seating, the vehicle is suitable for 6 adults comfortably, with an additional small child or even 2 children. We were a couple, with 3 teenagers, and two little ones, and it was just fine, but a little crowded for teenagers.
The car was great and it was like test driving it straight off the Honda lot. Plus I ran into a little issue that caused a mess to me. However Olek was super helpful and provided wipes and extra cleaning material. Plus left it with the vehicle throughout my trip. Then I required extra days with the car he was help and allowed me to extend it. Otherwise the car was everything and much more. Plus Olek was a great host and truly helpful and reliable and would rent again with him in the future if need be.
