Ronald was the best! He went above and beyond and we are so thankful. We would recommend him and the van over and over. We also had a car seat and a booster and everything was in perfect condition! You'll be so happy choosing this!

I wish I could give Han and ChunHe ten stars. I had the most fantastic experience renting from them. We had an absolute disaster of a flight into JFK, it was delayed for 8 hours, but in 30 minute increments. My flight was only an hour, so I know this was a horrible inconvenience for Chunhe, who was meeting us at arrivals to deliver the vehicle. At midnight, I watched all the passengers around me freak out because their big chain rentals were cancelled, but ChunHe kept in touch and was there waiting for us when we got in at 1:30am! Pick up was seamless, he handed us the keys and we loaded up and left. The car was in fantastic condition. I always rent Honda Odysseys when I travel because we have one at home so I know my 4 kids' carseats fit in them, and this one was in the best condition I've seen. They also have a cable that allows for apple and Android auto, which was amazing because my husband and I use different phone types. Dropoff was seamless. It was SO NICE not to have to drop the car off at one of the parking lots, instead we pulled up to departures, unloaded, and handed the keys to ChunHe. I seriously wish I could give more stars because it was the best turo rental I have had. We will definitely rent from them again on our trip next year!

I rented Riaz’s 2013 Honda Odyssey for 10 days, and overall it was a great experience. The van was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and ran smoothly the entire trip. All the features worked well, especially the phone charging and Bluetooth connection. Pickup was a bit confusing at first. The car was left at a valet lot about 10 minutes from JFK, which I didn’t realize until I arrived. It took around 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up, and I had to leave my family waiting at the airport with our luggage in the cold. Once I understood the process, though, it made sense — just something to know ahead of time if you’re flying in. Riaz was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Now that I know how the valet pickup works, I’d happily rent from them again. The vehicle was reliable, communication was great, and the pricing was fair. Thank you, Riaz!

Awesome host! Great pick-up and drop-off at the airport service. Super responsive. Car is ready for traveling with EZ-Pass (no mark up!), lighting connector cable. Highly recommended to rent!

The car was great and it was like test driving it straight off the Honda lot. Plus I ran into a little issue that caused a mess to me. However Olek was super helpful and provided wipes and extra cleaning material. Plus left it with the vehicle throughout my trip. Then I required extra days with the car he was help and allowed me to extend it. Otherwise the car was everything and much more. Plus Olek was a great host and truly helpful and reliable and would rent again with him in the future if need be.
