Had never used Turo before, and it was very convenient. The car was perfect for all of our family members. The owner was very helpful and understanding when we had an accident and went out of his way to get us a new vehicle.
I will say, if you are driving in NY, just make sure you are aware of height restrictions at some airports, some parkways, etc. because we were not aware of it and wish we had been.

I utilized this Mercedes Sprinter this past weekend for a funeral, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The vehicle was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
The hosts were more than accommodating and incredibly professional during a sensitive time, which was truly appreciated. Excellent hosts, excellent vehicle—five stars all the way.
We will definitely be reaching out for monthly rentals in the near future.
