Nissan rental in Houston, TX

There was a big crack on the windshield, and I don’t think it’s fair to let people rent a car in that condition. Other than that, everything was great. LA AUTO spot is top-notch !

The car was good. Nothing special but absolutely met my needs of driving to Atlanta for a few days. It's not really good on gas, at its best about 24mpg. When I first picked it up I was upset that none of the "lighter" ports worked. Im thinking I can't drive across country on one charge for my phone. Luckily my husband is mechanically inclined and we replaced the fuse and they worked great after that. The radio is really good for it being factory. I played with it and got my phone connected and had a thumb drive of music so I had tunes the entire trip. The only real bad thing is the way the vehicle is made...... if you're tall as in taller than 6' dont rent this. My husband is 6'4" and the first morning before I left for my trip my husband had to move it bc I was behind his truck. He said he had to move the seat as far back as it would go and set wheel up as high as it would go and still had to unfold his body after he got in and out. He said there is no way a taller person could drive it comfortably for any amount of time. The windshield wipers need replaced terribly bad. I hit a storm in the mid of night and was barely able to see lines on the road. To the owners credit the windows had been cleaned with Rain-X had that not been done I would have had to buy new wipers but with them being treated with rainX recently I was able to get thru the 1 storm and few small showers I ran into. So trip went great. Vehicle was exactly sufficient for what I needed.

Had a great experience with this rental. The car drove smooth, and was very reliable the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and everything worked exactly as expected. Super comfortable ride and great on gas too. Would definitely rent from them again!

Not the type to ever leave a review, But...... Let me first say the communication with this renter was absolutely impeccable. Your team as a first time renter through Toro, made my experience absolutely wonderful every question. Every worry they answered no matter the time as I did arrive very late into town and left very early.There was still a response.I am absolutely grateful... Car was very clean on the inside like a brand new car, pick up and drop off was super easy and convenient. Would recommend and would rent with them again.

Communication was great. Had a couple questions on the process and they responded immediately. Also appreciate the accommodation on timing. Car ran great but did have smoke smell Just FYI in case that’s a show stopper for anyone. Would rent from these folks again

The Nissan sentra was in excellent condition! The whole trip was wonderful. The Only thing is, to keep in mind, is that the automatic email confirmation stating drop off and pick up at Hobby Airport has yet been updated to : 10min Near Hobby Airport. La Spot car lot as the pick up and drop off. Other than that, I recommend renting from LA Spot and I will definitely rent from them again.

It was amazing!!! The host was very kind very responsive, personable, and friendly. The ride was very smooth. I felt very safe and comfortable. The gas was a full tank and the tank of gas gets about 382 miles. It’s also very nice cruise control, which is very helpful if you’re looking to go on a road trip and it has the feature of the eco drive for gas saver quality !! So blessed to rent this car. The pick up was smooth and so was the return ….it was parked right in front of the building where you pick up the keys ! Thanks LA rental!! God bless yall

Went well, only suggestion is make sure the towel used to clean the inside of the windshield is clean please. Had to pull over the first evening and wash the infiside windows because the glare from headlights was significant. Otherwise ndecent car and good price
